All our providers' security is best in class and we abide by EU-US, SWISS-US Privacy Shield Framework, including GDPR. For credit cards, we don't host your payment data and use Stripe to process any transactions.

PPM Platform

  • Can Completix handle Waterfall as well as Agile?

    Absolutely. Our framework is adaptable to any methodology. When you create a new project you can chose Agile or Traditional delivery, and the proper components will be applied. 

  • Do you have file size limits?

    The Trial and Free Tier plans are limited to file size upload of 2Mb.

    All other plans have a limit of 100 Mb file size upload. 

  • What are Operational Initiatives?

    Day-to-day jobs can be considered operational duties. For example, a resource is part of the Help-desk, but also involved in occasional projects, like deploying new laptops. In this case performing Help Desk duties is the main "job" and is considered an operational initiative 

  • What if someone ruins my document?

    We have implemented a powerful "Version History". At anytime, you can review and restore previous versions with a simple click. 

  • What is document co-authoring?

    Multiple people can work together on a Word document, or Excel spreadsheet. When everyone is working at the same time, that's called co-authoring. 

  • What do you mean by Status Reports?

    When we are referring to Status reports we mean those reports that you typically send to your sponsors and manager on a weekly basis. They usually are in a Powerpoint or Word format and have the status of the project together with open issue, etc.
    Completix can automate and produce it for you. 

Account and Billing

  • Can I switch plans?

    Yes. You can switch between plans anytime you want from the admin panel.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards. For Enterprise subscriptions, we may be able to accept other forms of payment.

  • Can my email be associated with multiple sites?

    Yes. You could be the owner of your own Site and at the same time be invited as a team member on another Site, all using the same email address.

  • Can I extend my trial?

    If you need more time to evaluate our product, please let us know and we will gladly extend your trial.

  • Does Completix offer a free trial?

    Yes! Completix provides a free trial so you can explore its features before committing to a paid plan.

  • Is the Enterprise Plan only available for large customers?

    No. Any size customer can take advantage of an Enterprise Plan as it is unique for each customer. To be able to provide a tailored plan, we do require a commitment that has to be determined after we understand your requirements. 

  • In the Business “Per Project” plan, can I have more than 10 users?
